The Bottom Line: The Angels & Entrepreneurs Network is the first of its kind – showing ground-floor opportunities into what can be some of the world’s hottest startups and trendiest enterprises, those determined to change the world… and potentially show investors huge profits along the way.

Have you ever watched the show Shark Tank?
The entire series is about a group of angel investors giving seed money to aspiring startups.
If the sharks play their cards right, those companies go on to make them hundreds of thousands of dollars.
The whole process is mystifying and mesmerizing.
Traditionally, you had to be just like the sharks to invest in startups.
- You had to be mega-rich (most angel investments are a minimum of $50k).
- You had to have a large network (they can’t find you if they don’t know you exist)
- You had to have a strong hunch for identifying which startups have potential and which are doomed to fail.
But not anymore.
Up until recently, angel investing was a private (read: secret) market that only an elite handful got to participate in.
That all changed with the Title III Jobs Act.
This simple change means now more than 240 million Americans are eligible for angel investing.
But this still begs the question…
How do you find these potentially lucrative investments?
And how do you know which ones could make you rich and which ones can leave you broke?
That’s where the Angels & Entrepreneurs Network comes in.
What Is Angels & Entrepreneurs Network?
Neil Patel started the Angels & Entrepreneurs Network to help ordinary folks gain access to the details about what can be the hottest startups on the market.
Every month Neil’s team combs through hundreds of companies.
Most don’t make it, but a select few have potential.
They choose two of these startups every month and showcase them to subscribers.
As a member, you get direct access to their financial information, their struggles, and their successes.
Plus, you get to ask the companies questions in a live interview session and hear directly from them on why you should consider investing.
(You’re essentially a "shark" on Shark Tank.)
Once you find a company you like, you can fund your investment with as little as $50 dollars and keep track of its progress through your dashboard.
With the Angels & Entrepreneurs Network, you can invest in as many or as few companies as you’d like.
Who Is Neil Patel?
Neil is the co-founder of Crazy Egg, Hello Bar, Kissmetrics, and he was the brains behind the SEO tool, Ubersuggest.
He’s only in his 30's, yet he has created enough wealth through angel investing to last several lifetimes.
Neil is an author, marketer, serial entrepreneur, and accomplished billionaire with tons of experience in angel investing.
Neil believes everyone should have access to the same opportunities as the mega-rich, and he’s launched this network based on this belief.
He and his team leverage their combined expertise and experience to show you how you can accumulate generational wealth for your loved ones.
The Angels & Entrepreneurs Summit With Shark Tank’s Robert Herjavec
Okay, we’ve talked a lot about Shark Tank so far, but for good reason. Robert Herjavec, one of the sharks off the show, is a founding member of the Angels & Entrepreneurs Network.
He sat down in a one-on-one interview with Neil Patel to talk about why angel investing can be the key to accumulating real wealth.
You can watch the Angels and Entrepreneurs Summit here. Stick around until the end, and you’ll get a discount on your subscription.Angel Investing 101
Angel investing is one of the greatest drivers of wealth that’s ever existed.
Instead of waiting to own a piece of a company when it goes public, you get in on the ground floor.
Don’t believe me?
Look at these statistics…
Angel investing can pave the way for average investors to become multimillionaires.
What Risk Is Included With Angel Investing?
Angel investing is speculative and it’s riskier than buying straight stock. A lot of startups don’t make it, so if you invest all you have in one company, there’s a good chance it might fail.
But with the Angel & Entrepreneurs Network, you diversify your portfolio just as you would with exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
Instead of investing in one startup, you invest in many. This spreads out your risk and increases your chances of success.
How Much Does It Cost To Subscribe?
A founding subscription typically costs $599 retail, but you can join for as little as $39 when you watch the Angels & Entrepreneurs Network Summit.
During this summit, Neil Patel and Shark Tank’s Robert Herjavec talk about their personal experience with angel investing and how the Angels & Entrepreneurs Network gives people just like you the opportunity to create generational wealth.

What’s Included In My Subscription?
You won’t believe the types of perks you receive when you join the Angels & Entrepreneurs Network. Here are 15 benefits:
Virtual Boardroom
The entire Angels & Entrepreneurs Network website is for subscribers only.
It acts as a virtual boardroom where you can review deal recommendations, debate with other members, and discuss your thoughts in a collaborative environment.
You can also ask other members whether they think a company has what it takes to pass the 1000x formula.
Due Diligence Package
You receive two due diligence package every month (one for each showcased deal recommendation).
These packages are filled with information, including the startup’s:
- Official pitch deck
- Business plan
- Revenue projections
- Proprietary items in development
- Deals and partnerships
- Critical details about the startup
As a founding member, you can use this information to determine whether you want to invest.
Angel Investor Action Plans
Neil doesn’t tell you how to invest your money. Instead, he arms you with every piece of information you could possibly need, so you can make an informed decision on your own.
With that being said, Neil gives you access to his own personal review of each company, which includes:
His independent analysis of each startup
Comprehensive market research
In-depth competitive analysis
This information shows you how a company stacks up against the competition.
Deep Dive Videos
Once you have all the information in hand, Neil films a deep dive video where he:
Explains the deal in detail
Assesses the deal’s risk
Talks about what he likes and dislikes
Talks about whether the company has the potential to go IPO, create dividends or get acquired.
Hot Seat Sessions
No matter how good the numbers look, you may not know if you want to invest until you hear from the founders themselves.
That’s why—one week after you receive information on a startup—Neil has a live video chat with the founders where he puts them in the “hot seat.”
As a member, you can submit questions beforehand, and the company founders will answer them during the live chat.
Hot Seat Briefing
After every Hot Seat Session, Neil’s team releases a briefing that gives a short summary of what happened.
You get a list of every question and answer that was given during the live chat.
So, if you can’t attend the session, you’ll still get a full breakdown of what happened.
Step-By-Step Investing Instructions
If you decide you want to invest in a deal, you get step-by-step instructions on how to move forward.
This means you won’t spend extra time wondering what next steps to take. And you won’t have to dig around on the website trying to figure it all out.
Neil and his team make the process super easy.
Investor Updates
Startups are known for being secretive about their companies because they don’t want anyone swooping in to steal their ideas.
This means that, traditionally, smaller angel investors (those with $50K investments) weren’t kept in the loop. Instead, only those investing millions of dollars knew what was going on.
But this doesn’t happen with Angels & Entrepreneurs Network members. Even if you don’t invest a dime, you still receive investor updates for every showcased startup.
These investor updates act as monthly progress reports that give you a glimpse into the company’s latest revenue projections, new deals, and major milestones and setbacks.
Deal Flow Tracker
The platform uses a Deal Flow Tracker tool to track a startup’s valuation.
When something big happens and the company announces a new valuation, Neil updates this info in the tracker.
So, anytime you’re wondering how your investment is performing, you can hop over to the Deal Flow Tracker tool to check.
Recurring Reports
Reports and thorough information are a recurring theme with this platform because Neil wants subscribers to be armed with information.
In addition to due diligence reports and investor updates, members also receive the following recurring reports:
- Momentum Reports. Get exciting announcements on how each startup is performing.
- State of Angel Investing Reports. This report explores trends, statistics, and opportunities in angel investing.
Private Forums
As we mentioned earlier, the Angels & Entrepreneurs Network is members only.
Behind the website’s paywall is a forum where you can discuss your questions and concerns with other members.
For example, if you run across a hot new company you think is worth sharing, you can hop on the private forum and get other people’s opinions.
Real-World Networking Opportunities
If you’re the type of person who likes to meet up face-to-face with other subscribers, you can do that through this platform.
Any subscriber can launch a local chapter in their community where they meet up with others to discuss deals.
Angel Investor Master Class
Want to gain access to successful billionaires in Silicon Valley? Neil makes that happen.
Once a month, he has a live chat with a Silicon Valley legend where they share their secrets, successes, failures, and strategies.
And as a bonus, they may even showcase additional angel investing deals for members.
Founders Corner
The Founders Corner is for startup founders.
It’s a safe space where they can network with other founders, discuss business highs and lows, and get advice.
Annual Retreats
Neil hosts in-person annual retreats at some of the most scenic places in the world (think the Grand Cayman Islands and San Diego).
These retreats are a time for members to come together to network, celebrate successes, hear in-person pitches from founders, and more.
While the locations change from year to year, one thing you can always expect is cocktails, champagne, delicious food, golf… and anything else you could imagine.

Why You Should Subscribe?
Through angel investing, ordinary folks have the opportunity to earn huge profits as startups explode in growth and potentially go public.
Think about it… when you invest in a start-up, you’re with these companies from the very beginning. You get to see them grow and evolve as they innovate and take on new challenges.
When Tesla was a startup, for example, it was worth $7.5 million. Now, it’s a publicly-traded company worth $64.8 billion.
Angel investors who got in on the ground floor saw this company’s worth increase by 863,900%.
You’ll never see these types of returns in the stock market. Outside of starting your own business, it’s the only thing that can deliver a huge windfall that could change the course of your life.
Money-Back Guarantee
Every founding subscription comes with a two-part money-back guarantee. If you change your mind within the first 60 days, you receive a 100% refund.
If you’re unsatisfied after the 60-days, you can still receive a no-questions-asked refund on your unused subscription.
Final Verdict
The walls have come down and you no longer have to be rich to be an angel investor. You also don’t need to have any fluent connections.
Thanks to the Angels & Entrepreneurs Network, you can lock a ground floor opportunity in some of the trendiest enterprises who could be on their way to becoming a household name.
The best part? You can invest with as little as $50, which is truly remarkable considering just a few years ago you had to have at least $50k to be an angel investor.
If you’re looking for a shot to create generational wealth for your loved ones, watch the live summit with Shark Tank’s Robert Herjavec and Neil Patel.
Hear them speak about how you can explode your wealth with angel investing. Then decide if you’re ready to take the first step toward what could be a more secure future.
Or, if you’re ready to purchase, buy your discounted membership now.

Cassidy, a very in-depth and thorough Review of Angels and Entrepreneurs Network. I heard of them before but did not receive such elaboration and you did answer most of the questions I had in my mind. If I join at the $39 package, can I later upgrade to the platinum level?
Neil Patel is one of my mentors for quite some time now, and I know whatever he put his hands on always turns into a success, so this investment would be a no-brainer.
Being an online marketer an earning an income online, you want to make the right investment, so I will definitely be investing my money here, is just that anything that is new, one has to be careful. But to grow one needs to take some risk. That you for sharing this review with us. I will be waiting for your reply.
Cheers,
David
Is there an automatic renewal of any of the programs, or is it just a one time purchase? Thank you, great job!
It is an annual membership and you can cancel at any time
What is the minimum investment per company and what are the investor qualifications (accredited, qualified, etc.) thank yoy
You can fund your investment with as little as $50 dollars and you don’t have to be an accredited investor in order to invest. This network was created so the average investor can take part in these types of investment opportunities.
Each company will have a minimum you will be asked to invest, so not all with be in the $50 category.
Can I join from Australia?
Yes, it is an international program, since everything is online
Thank you for the response. One further question, what is the difference
between joining at one of the 3 levels or yesterday I watched a video around a new project by ‘Dr Doug’ and they were asking for $1450?
I would recommend joining at the $39 to give everything a test run and then you can always upgrade to the other levels of membership. Once you get access to the basic level, then you will get the opportunity to see what the other membership levels include.
Thank you for the recommendation. Are you aware of the ‘Dr Doug’ $1450 offer? If so, what is the advantage of this offer?
what are the advantages of joining Neil Patel angel investing vs similar crowdfunding sites!..i.e republic, starterengine etc
Sharon, a ton of research goes into all of opportunities available and they have a very strict vetting criteria. Also, since you don’t have to be an accredited investor to invest, you get access to opportunities that probably would not be available anywhere else.
I have no experience in investing, yet. How often, on average do people see money coming in? How do we get the return on investment?
Your membership comes with an entire educational suite of videos and resources to help you understand what your investing in and what to look for when investing in a company.
Are there any additional costs/fees if you decide to invest in a startup?
I think it depends on the startup that you invest in as each deal is unique.
I may have just not seen the answer to this question as I assume it would be essential to this investment process, but who do you hand the money to? Normally you go through a broker or investment company who takes a fee ?
Not sure Leornard, but from my understanding, each investment opportunity is unique since you will be investing directly in individual companies.
Just so I am clear of the subscription costs. Does a yearly subscription of $39 mean a one-time payment each year, or once I subscribe do I find out that it is actually $39 a month for a year which means $468 for the year, which has happened before. If it is a one-time yearly payment of $39 then good because that is what a yearly subscription means. It is just that I have seen where it gets “lost in translation” and a person can get stuck with a hefty loss trying to get their money back. I would much rather go with the Diamond Level of $79 yearly subscription if that is all it amounts to and not wind up paying monthly for a total of $948 for a year. Please clarify for me. Thank you.
Hi Greg, for the yearly subscription options you only have to pay one-time per year no matter what level you purchase. The only additional costs will be associated with the companies you decide to invest in.
I’ve had some experience in angel investing. Great returns on successful companies. 2 questions- What is the success rate of of companies suggested in the reports? How do you get paid out if the successful company doesn’t go public?
I would checkout their FAQ page on their website or reach out to customer support for this answer.
I’ve very interested in joining but would like to stay in the $50 investing bracket. Is it safe to assume that there might not be too many $50 minimum deals to invest in? We are getting 2 deals to review, but is the better deal going to have a higher investment minimum? Locking out lower investors?
